    yep….it is simply some toddlers do. for some, it happens only once or twice. for others, it is a “phase.” you did the right thing by not letting her continue to hurt you. letting her see you cry, can teach her that what she did hurts.

    Thank you, teri. I think I needed some reassurance that this is normal. It’s been so long since my last kid was a toddler, and I was at work all day when he was this age….I guess he took it out on everyone else!
