I run, I craft, I write, and I make your favorite clothes.

I have written books about sewing for children and adults and I'm the indie designer’s patternmaking secret weapon. I've taught video and in-person classes to anyone who would listen since 2008. I believe that sewing clothes is a radical act of self-love that increases your sense of self-worth. I'm basically your sewing fairy godmother.

I do so love this one of a kind tunic.  It’s a size 2.  I made it for Ella, but by the time I have the pattern for the coordinating pants done, it will be too small.  It barely fits now.  I generally start and finish garments sequentially, but when I started this I received a few orders (thank you!) and set it aside for a couple months.

I hate to give it up.  What I dread more is hanging on to it when someone else could enjoy this for their little one.  So, I’m selling it.  I flipped a coin and it’s going to etsy.

I feel your pain. I’ve got a mama-made too small pile heading to the local charity shop where it might benefit someone else and help fund our hospital. Sigh…
Of course, I have heard that having another baby solves this problem, but I just don’t hold with that nonsense! :)

I really like the pink bias-facing. I’m wondering if we can PAY you to do some tutorials! Your techniques are just exactly the level and style I like.
